**How do I check my Entry Token balance?**
Simply click the "Rewards" launcher icon in the bottom corner of our website and log into your customer account. Your active token balance will be displayed on screen.

**How do I use my tokens for a specific giveaway?**
1. Open the Rewards panel and click **"Ways to Redeem"**.
2. Select the specific sweepstakes you want to enter (e.g., "1,000 Entries for the Ducati Bike").
3. Click **"Redeem"**. 
4. The system will automatically place your Digital Entry Ticket into your cart for $0. Complete the free checkout, and your entries are officially registered to that drawing!

**Can I enter multiple giveaways at the same time?**
Yes! If you have 10,000 tokens banked, you can redeem 5,000 for Giveaway A, 3,000 for Giveaway B, and save the remaining 2,000 for next month. 

**Do my entries expire?**
No. As long as they sit as unredeemed tokens in your dashboard account wallet, they will never expire. They only register to a giveaway once you physically claim a specific entry ticket product.
